Câmara de Vereadores de Pelotas cumpre a pauta da sessão extraordinária, realizada hoje pela manhã.
Nela, a leitura do Projeto de Resolução 01/2026, que dispõe sobre o afastamento da vereadora Fernanda Pinto Miranda pelo prazo de 60 dias.
Diz o texto: “O Sr. Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Pelotas, Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Faço saber que a Câmara Municipal aprovou a seguinte Resolução.
Art. 1′ Fica suspensa, pelo prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias, a vereadora Fernanda Pinto Miranda.
Parágrafo Único: A suspensão estabelecida no Caput decorre de decisão do Plenário da Câmara em sessão realizada no dia 31 de dezembro de 2025, que ratificou decisão da Comissão de Ética e Decoro Parlamentar.
Art. 2′ Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.”
A Justificativa foi apresentada em Plenário. O documento tem a data de 5 de janeiro de 2026 e é assinado pelo presidente, Michel Ferreira Escalante – Vereador do Progressistas.
O edital de convocação dos vereadores para a Sessão Extraordinária realizada hoje pela manhã, foi publicado no Diário Oficial dos Municípios do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul no dia 06/01/2026, Edição 4240.
Determina o procedimento legal, após lida a Resolução, o cumprimento do prazo de 48h para sua apreciação final em plenário.
O prazo finda na próxima terça-feira, dia 13, quando nova Sessão Extraordinária será realizada. Para a votação sobre a validade da Resolução.
Independentemente de movimento no Poder Judiciário, o plenário, soberano que é, deverá ratificar a suspensão do mandato da vereadora Fernanda Miranda (PSoL) por 60 dias, visto já ter ocorrida a aprovação do parecer na Comissão de Ética e no mesmo plenário.
