Os 21 vereadores de Pelotas estão convocados para uma sessão extraordinária sexta-feira, 9h. Sem remuneração.
Pauta a leitura, discussão e votação da Resolução que oficializará a suspensão do mandato da vereadora Fernanda Miranda (PSoL), flagrada pela Brigada Militar portando dois cigarros de maconha.
Após a aprovação do Parecer do vereador Marcos Ferreira (União Brasil), na Comissão de Ética, a decisão foi aprovada por maioria em plenário. Foram 13 votos a favor e 5 contra.
O rito a ser cumprido determina que, após havendo a aprovação da punição, uma nova Resolução deve ser elaborada com o que foi decidido.

No caso da vereadora Fernanda Miranda (PSoL), existem outros componentes, alguns já conhecidos e outros ainda não debatidos a pleno.
Houve a situação da destituição do vereador Jurandir Silva (PSoL) da presidência da Comissão de Ética e Prerrogativas. Reassumiu o cargo por decisão da Justiça.
Não será surpresa se houver nova e mais uma interferência do Poder Judiciário em decisões tomadas pela Câmara de Pelotas.
A aprovação da suspensão, em plenário, se deu por 13 votos. O questionamento que já deve ter sido levado ao Judiciário pela assessoria jurídica do PSoL, é sobre o número de votos necessários para tal.
Pelotas tem 21 vereadores. A maioria simples são 11 votos e a maioria qualificada tem 14 votos. Qual o número legal?
Se valer a maioria simples, tudo certo. Se houver o entendimento pela maioria qualificada, a sessão será anulada? Outra será realizada? O processo será arquivado?
A exemplo das sessões anteriores, militantes do PSoL e apoiadores de Fernanda Miranda deverão lotar o espaço destinado ao público no Plenário Bernardo Olavo Gomes de Souza.
