Houve troca de instigantes olhares entre vereadores quando o professor Fabricio Boscolo Del Vecchio iniciou sua manifestação na tribuna da Câmara, na sessão da Comissão Representativa, terça-feira pela manhã.
Ele é professor titular da Escola Superior de Educação Física da Universidade Federal de Pelotas e coordena, há 10 anos, o projeto Remar para o Futuro.
Em sua fala, abordou o não pagamento de emendas impositivas por parte da prefeitura. Segundo ele, o projeto tem cerca de R$ 390.000,00 para receber.
Manifestação serviu de aperitivo e preparo para o prato principal da sessão, o Pedido de Informações n’ 8/2026, sobre a situação do pagamento das emendas, referentes a 2025, apresentado pelo vereador Michel Promove (PP).
Del Vecchio afirmou: “É uma questão política, moral e humana: o não pagamento das emendas parlamentares destinadas ao projeto Remar para o Futuro.
Queixas
Após discorrer sobre vários pontos, ele foi direto: “Preciso registrar um fato doloroso. No dia do velório das vítimas da tragédia de 20 de outubro – quando perdemos Oguener, Helen, Angel, Nicole, Henry, Ketshiner, Samuel e Vitor – recebi o compromisso pessoal fo hoje prefeito eleito Fernando Marroni e de sua companheira Míriam Marroni, de que não mediriam esforços pelo projeto. Foi um compromisso assumido em meio ao luto e a dor coletiva.”
Também afirmou que o agora prefeito visitou o projeto quatro vezes e reafirmou publicamente seu apoio. Apontou o reconhecimento que a prefeitura mantém o vale-transporte dos atletas.
Revelou Fabricio Del Vecchio que dois pontos essenciais estão pendentes.
O primeiro é que ainda não foi assinado o convênio com a UFPel, que dá segurança jurídica ao projeto e o segundo, que não foram executadas as emendas parlamentares aprovadas pela Câmara.
