Sessão Extraordinária da Câmara de Pelotas, na manhã de hoje, tinha encaminhamento para seu final quando, às 10h56min uma Oficial de Justiça entrou no plenário.
Ela dirigiu-se para o fundo da peça e ficou em pé. De início os vereadores não perceberam sua presença e seguiram nas falas na tribuna e discussões.
Identificada, obteve olhares e atenções. Permaneceu no prédio do Legislativo até perto das 12h quando, sua missão, em parte foi cumprida.
Seu objetivo: notificar o presidente vereador Michel Promove (PP) e o presidente da Comissão de Ética e Prerrogativas, vereador Jurandir Silva (PSoL).
Sobre o Mandado de Segurança impetrado pela vereadora Fernanda Miranda (PSoL) sobre a aprovação do parecer já aprovado na Comissão de Ética, determinando a suspensão de seu mandato, após ter sido flagrada pela Brigada Militar portando dois cigarros de maconha.
O primeiro a receber o documento foi o vereador Jurandir Silva, no fundo da sala, para onde dirigiu-se após falar em sua cadeira no plenário.

Neste momento, o vereador Michel Promove (PP) presidia a sessão. De imediato deixou o plenário e também o prédio.
A Oficial de Justiça foi ao seu gabinete, no subsolo, e encontrou a porta fechada. Seu próximo destino: gabinete da presidência. Não estava.
Recebeu a informação de que ele estava em plenário, presidindo a sessão. Como disse que não, ouviu que ele havia saído.
Ela voltou ao plenário e, agora sentada, resolveu esperar. Neste momento, a sessão era presidida pelo vereador Marcelo Bagé (PL), primeiro vice-presidente.

Terminada a sessão, ele saiu pela porta lateral do plenário e a Oficial de Justiça por ele esperava.
Momento para ouvidos atentos, caneta rápida, fotos e filmagens. Ela explicou a situação e informou que Bagé estava sendo intimado em nome da Câmara.
O vereador, que não é Ivan Duarte (PT), foi coerente em sua postura. Afirmou que não poderia receber o documento como presidente, pois não estava legalmente no exercício do cargo. Recebeu como vice-presidente.
As notificações entregues tratam do Mandado de Segurança impetrado contra a Câmara pela vereadora Fernanda Miranda (PSoL).
O Juízo da 4′ Vara Especializada fixou o prazo de 48h para que a Câmara encaminhe documentos sobre a aprovação, em plenário, do parecer da Comissão de Ética.
A aprovação se deu com 13 votos favoráveis e cinco contrários. A vereadora entende serem necessários 14 votos, maioria absoluta. Outro entendimento aponta maioria simples, 11 votos.
