O serviço de buffet é de responsabilidade de Márcia Oliveira. Os convites tem valor de R$ 60,00 para associados e R$ 80,00 para não associados.
A apoio é da Stone Beach Hospedagem e Turismo e patrocínio de Mezzari 1′ Registro de Imóveis de Pelotas.
A atração musical será o Grupo Alma Lusitana Fado e Música Portuguesa.
